Description

The CleanCap from Capway Automation is the ideal machine for the cleaning of bread and roll pans after depanning.

Details

Crumbs and other loose debris – like seeds – are removed by the CleanCap when a strong air stream is blown in, or on, the pan. An easily accessible driven brush (option) eliminates dirt that accumulates on the top side of pans.
