Description
The scrabble depanner is the ideal machine for in-line, gentle depanning of rolls and other delicate products from flat baking trays without the use of a vacuum.
Details
Product-filled trays arrive on a decline conveyor. The nose of the scrabble belt is lowered and enters the pan and scrabbles the products onto the nose using a driven belt. Once all products are removed from the tray, the scrabble belt lifts and products are conveyed onto the product discharge conveyor. When the next tray arrives, the scrabble belt lowers again and the whole cycle is repeated.
