The JSD Auto Vacuum Control System from Capway Automation marks an important advancement in preventing product damage and reducing power consumption for high-seeded product and hardway depanning systems. The JSD system allows the operator to lock in the ideal pressure setting for lifting the loaves out of the bread pan for each recipe. With no bread on the vacuum belt, the vacuum is adjusted to maintain the setpoint. When vacuum changes, a transducer rapidly adjusts a valve system, reducing the pressure to the ideal level. Meanwhile, by reducing load on the blower, power consumption declines, too.
